West Bladen is a perfect 10-0 against Red Springs since April of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Knights will host the Red Devils at 6:00 p.m. West Bladen will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each match than the last.

Last Thursday, West Bladen sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 9-8 victory over Fairmont. That's two games straight that the Knights have won by just one run.

Marlene Crabtree spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered five earned (and three unearned) runs on six hits.

At the plate, Brenna Hester was excellent, going 1-for-3 with two RBI, one run, and one double. The team also got some help courtesy of Holland Davis, who went 1-for-4 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.

Meanwhile, Red Springs was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They lost 16-1 to St. Pauls.

West Bladen now has a winning record of 8-7. As for Red Springs, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-19.

West Bladen took their win against Red Springs in their previous meeting back in May of 2024 by a conclusive 10-0 score. Do the Knights have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Red Devils turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
