Volleyball Recap: Normandy Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Normandy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They came up short against the Bay Rockets, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Rockets this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in August.

The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-20, 25-9.

Despite the loss, Normandy saw an underclassman step up: freshman Taylor Shaw had 13 assists and four digs.

Normandy's defeat dropped their record down to 6-11. As for Bay, their victory was their seventh straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 14-2.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Normandy is set to square off against their familiar foe Rocky River at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Bay will challenge rival Westlake at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
