Football Recap: Hall Puts Losing Streak Behind Them

Hall's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They walked away with a 37-30 win over the Manchester Red Hawks. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Titans considering their seven-point performance the matchup before.

Hall's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Jordan Scher led the charge by picking up 103 receiving yards and a pair of touchdowns. The Titans are 2-1 when Scher posts 80 or more receiving yards, but 1-4 otherwise. The team also got some help courtesy of Tommy Hussey, who threw for 193 yards and four TDs.

Manchester's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense with many players turning in solid performances. Hall moved to 3-5 with that victory, which also ended their four-game losing streak. As for Manchester, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-6 record this season.
