Softball Recap: Fabens Comes Up Short

Fabens fell victim to Riverside and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They came up short against the Riverside Rangers, falling 16-0. The Wildcats haven't had much luck with the Rangers recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Fabens' defeat dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Riverside, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 7-8.

Fabens wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, a 17-0 loss against Pebble Hills on the 28th. As for Riverside, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, an 18-0 win against Andress on the 28th.
