Scottsburg's game on Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. They came out on top against the Paoli Rams by a score of 2-0. The win continues a trend for the Warriors in their matchups with the Rams: they've now won three in a row.

Scottsburg was led to victory by Sophie Gricius and Jules Paris. Gricius had eight digs and two aces, while Paris had three digs.

They weren't the only good server: Scottsburg was lethal from the service line and finished the game with ten aces. They are 2-1 when they serve at least ten aces.

When it comes to explaining why Paoli lost, don't look at Abigail Poe. Despite the final result, she had 11 digs. Tori Patton also deserves some recognition as she served her first ace of the season.

Scottsburg's victory bumped their record up to 2-7. As for Paoli, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8.

Coincidentally, Scottsburg and Paoli will both be playing Heritage Hills the next time they take the court. The Warriors will host the Patriots at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, while the Rams will play them later in the day, at 11:30 a.m.
