Basketball Recap: West Shore Christian Academy vs. Lititz Christian Eagles
West Shore Christian Academy gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Tuesday. They snuck past the Lititz Christian Eagles with a 51-47 victory. This was payback for West Shore Christian Academy, who suffered a 62-47 defeat the last time these two teams met.
Despite the loss, Lititz Christian saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Jack Kriebel dropped a double-double on 14 points and 11 rebounds. Kriebel is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as he's now pulled down nine or more in the last three games he's played dating back to last season. The team also got some help courtesy of Caeden Harmon, who posted 13 points plus five rebounds and two steals.
West Shore Christian Academy has already played their next matchup (against Lititz Christian), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Lititz Christian, they will face off against New Covenant Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
