Patton entered their tilt with Freedom on Monday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Patriots. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in August.

Patton's got stronger as the match went on, holding Freedom to fewer and fewer points set over set. The final score came out to 26-24, 25-22, 25-13.

Hannah Huggins paced Patton's offense, picking up nine kills. Huggins got some help from Emma Griffin and her 19 assists. Griffin was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Patton's victory bumped their record up to 15-4. As for Freedom, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-16.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Patton will head out to face off against Hibriten at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Freedom, they will challenge Alexander Central at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
