Volleyball Recap: McGregor Gets the Win

While McGregor's win against La Vega wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Bulldogs won by a set and slipped past the Pirates 2-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Bulldogs have posted since September 3, 2024.

McGregor's win bumped their record up to 3-6. As for La Vega, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-2.

Coming up, La Vega will be playing in front of their home fans against Chilton at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. McGregor will be paying especially close attention to the Pirates' matchup: after the Pirates face off against the Pirates, they'll take on McGregor again at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
