Basketball Recap: Thrasher Picks Up Eighth Consecutive Victory

Given the Rebels' advantage in MaxPreps' Mississippi basketball rankings (they are ranked 56th, while the Bearcats are ranked 239th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Thrasher's victory was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 20-1. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.2 points per game. As for Baldwyn, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-11.
