Columbia entered their tilt with Hattiesburg on Friday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They put the hurt on the Tigers with a sharp 12-2 victory. The Wildcats have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Tigers, too.

Columbia's win bumped their record up to 12-10. As for Hattiesburg, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost eight of their last nine contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-10 record this season.

Columbia will challenge Sebastopol at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Hattiesburg, they will welcome Perry Central at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. The Bulldogs have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 8.9 runs per game on average), something the Tigers will no doubt try to take advantage of.
