Soccer Recap: Erwin's Win on Monday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Erwin). They never let the Swain County Maroon Devils get on the board and left with a 9-0 win on Monday. Juan Argueta was a massive factor in the win as he booted in three goals all by himself.

The victory keeps Erwin at an undefeated 3-0-1. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 14 goals over those three matchups. As for Swain County, their defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 0-4.
