Volleyball Recap: Howell Takes a Loss

If Howell was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Fordson on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Highlanders fell 2-0 to the Brighton Bulldogs on Saturday. The defeat continues a trend for the Highlanders in their meetings with the Bulldogs: they've now lost four in a row.

Howell's loss dropped their record down to 10-16. As for Brighton, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 29-8-2 record this season.

Howell will head out to face off against St. Catherine of Siena Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Brighton, they have already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Novi on the 25th.
