Volleyball Game Preview: Chicago Mathematics & Science vs. Intrinsic Mustangs

Chicago Mathematics & Science will venture away from home to square off against the Intrinsic Mustangs at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Chicago Mathematics & Science will be strutting in after a victory while Intrinsic will be coming in after a loss.

Last Monday, Chicago Mathematics & Science had just enough and edged out Dunbar 2-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for Chicago Mathematics & Science.

The match was a true back-and-forth as no team won consecutive sets, but in the end it was Chicago Mathematics & Science who won the one that mattered. The final score came out to 25-19, 20-25, 25-18.

Meanwhile, Intrinsic came up short against Instituto Health Sciences on Monday and fell 2-0.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-15.

Intrinsic's defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 2-2. As for Chicago Mathematics & Science, they now have a winning record of 2-1.
