Softball Recap: Westwood Redhawks vs. Myrtle Beach Seahawks
It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Westwood had no problem doing just that on Wednesday. They were the clear victors by a 14-4 margin over the Myrtle Beach Seahawks. The Redhawks not only won on Wednesday, but they posted their biggest win since April 3rd (when they won 18-0).
Pettway Carolina tossed a big game, tossing five innings while giving up just one earned (and three unearned) runs off six hits.

At the plate, Westwood let Griffin Ella and Ridgeway Marguerite run wild. Ella went a perfect 4-for-4 with three stolen bases, four runs, and two doubles, while Marguerite went 3-for-4 with five RBI, two runs, and one double.
