Volleyball Recap: Walhalla Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Walhalla can now relate to. They lost 3-0 to the Chapman Panthers on Monday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Panthers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-1 back in September.

Among those leading the charge was Ashley Lee, who had 19 assists and four digs. She has been hot recently, having posted 19 or more assists the last three times she's played.

Walhalla's defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 18-8. As for Chapman, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 24-7.

Walhalla does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Chapman has already played their next matchup (against Powdersville), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
