Meanwhile, C.H. Yoe was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 15th straight loss. They were beaten by Little River Academy 69-9. The contest marked the Yoemen's lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Franklin pushed their record up to 17-4 with the win, which was their eighth straight at home. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 26.4 points per game. As for C.H. Yoe, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-19.

Everything came up roses for Franklin against C.H. Yoe in their previous matchup back in December of 2024, as the team secured an 80-30 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Franklin since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
