Flag Football Recap: Panorama Piles Up the Points Against Reseda

Panorama waltzed into their game on Thursday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They blew past the Reseda Regents, posting a 48-0 win. The Pythons' defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a point in their last four contests.

On the defensive side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to Panorama's defense and their eight sacks. It was truly a group effort as Melany Ramirez, Livier Andrade, Brianna Recinos, and Niria Prudencio picked up two apiece. Prudencio is on a roll when it comes to sacks, as she's now posted at least one in each of the last 16 games she's played. Yadhira Hermenegildo got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

Panorama's victory bumped their record up to 24-1. As for Reseda, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8-1.

Coincidentally, Panorama and Reseda will both be playing Van Nuys the next time they take the field. The Regents will host the Wolves at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Pythons will head out to face them at 2:45 p.m. on Friday.
