Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask West Sabine). Everything went their way against the Colmesneil Bulldogs on Friday as they made off with a 13-1 victory. The win continues a trend for the Tigers in their matchups with the Bulldogs: they've now won three in a row.

Laken Quick was incredible, scoring four runs and stealing a base while going 3-for-3. That's the most hits he has posted since back in April of 2024. Another player making a difference was Kade Myrann, who scored two runs while going 2-for-3.

West Sabine now has a winning record of 9-8. As for Colmesneil, their loss was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 4-15.

West Sabine will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Bulldogs: the pair will be back at it again later today.
