Football Recap: Heritage Victorious + How To Watch

Heritage's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They pulled ahead with a 37-36 photo finish over the Booker T. Washington Mighty Bookers. The high-scoring effort was just what the Hurricanes needed considering they were shut out in their previous matchup.

The win got Heritage back to even at 1-1. As for Booker T. Washington, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Heritage will square off against Kecoughtan at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The contest will give the Hurricanes their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Booker T. Washington, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Lake Taylor at 7:00 p.m. on the 19th.
