Basketball Game Preview: Normal West Wildcats vs. Glenwood Titans + How To Watch

On Wednesday, Normal West lost to Limestone at home by a 50-36 margin. The contest marked the Wildcats' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Despite the defeat, Normal West saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Chase Sennett posted nine points and seven rebounds. Another player making a difference was Antonio Alvarez, who earned nine points.

Meanwhile, Glenwood came up short against Lincoln on Friday and fell 26-16. The loss continues a trend for the Titans in their meetings with the Railsplitters: they've now lost eight in a row.

Glenwood now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Normal West, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-6.

Normal West suffered a grim 61-35 defeat to Glenwood when the teams last played back in December of 2019. Can the Wildcats avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
