Volleyball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Peyton Miller and Marlie Berry Lead Colusa to Victory

It's playoff time, and Colusa had no trouble coming through when it counted. Everything went their way against the West Campus Warriors on Thursday as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the RedHawks.

The win didn't come easy: West Campus scored at least 19 points in every set. The final score came out to 25-22, 25-19, 26-24.

Leading Colusa to victory were Marlie Berry and Peyton Miller. Berry had four digs and three aces, while Miller had 12 kills, 12 digs, and two aces. Miller is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last three games she's played.

Colusa's record now sits at 26-13. As for West Campus, their defeat ended a 17-match streak of away wins and brought them to 35-6.

Colusa has already played their next matchup, a 3-2 victory against Sutter on the 15th. West Campus does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
