Basketball Game Preview: Remington Broncos vs. Classical Saints

The Remington Broncos will take on the Classical Saints in a tournament on Thursday. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.

Last Monday, Remington took their contest with ease, bagging a 47-12 victory over Fredonia. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Broncos.

Meanwhile, Classical posted their biggest win since January 26th on Tuesday. They blew past Fredonia 58-27.

Remington better keep an eye on Maggie Neill. She was instrumental in Classical's win, dropping a double-double on 23 points and ten boards. Those 23 points gave Neill a new career-high. Nevi Wilkey was another key player, dropping a double-double on 11 points and 13 rebounds.

Remington's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Classical, their win bumped their record up to an identical 2-0.

Everything went Remington's way against Classical in their previous meeting back in February, as Remington made off with a 51-25 victory. Will Remington repeat their success, or does Classical have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
