Basketball Recap: Turkey Valley Gets the Win

Turkey Valley's game last Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They came out on top against the Clayton-Ridge Eagles by a score of 61-52. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 62-36 back in December of 2024.

Turkey Valley's win bumped their record up to 8-11. As for Clayton-Ridge, they have also been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-15 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Turkey Valley will challenge South Winneshiek at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Clayton-Ridge, they will take on Postville at 7:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
