Cochranton entered their tilt with Rocky Grove on Wednesday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They blew past the Orioles 3-0. That's more bragging rights for the Cardinals, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Cochranton never let Rocky Grove on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-23, 25-14.

Cochranton's victory bumped their record up to 3-7. As for Rocky Grove, they are on an eight-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-7.

Cochranton will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Orioles: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
