Basketball Recap: Beaches Chapel Comes Up Short

Beaches Chapel suffered their biggest defeat since February 6th on Wednesday. They lost 58-33 to the West Nassau Warriors. The match marked the Lions' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead West Nassau to victory, but perhaps none more so than Brady Thrift, who went 7 of 16 on his way to 18 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jakari Major, who posted nine points in addition to eight assists and three steals.

Beaches Chapel has already played their next contest, a 54-47 win against First Coast Christian on the 19th. As for West Nassau, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 62-20 victory against St. Johns Classical Academy on the 20th.
