Katerina Kountouris is taking us outside for the next in a series of at-home workout with MaxPreps. Today is a cardio-based workout that has a combination of running, walking lunges and more. It's a nice break to take workouts outside in these times of shelter-in-place due to Covid-19.

Today's workout will start with 100-yard sprint. There is a one-minute recovery time in between as you complete it four times through. The next exercise, completed three times, is 50 yards of walking lunges into 50-yard back-pedal, one minute recovery. The third exercise is 50 yards of frog jumps, one minute recovery, repeated four times. The final exercise is another 100-yard sprint, with one minute recovery time, then repeated three times.
