Basketball Recap: Northwest Comes Up Short

Northwest lost against Mt. Healthy back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Northwest Knights lost to the Mt. Healthy Fighting Owls on the road by a 27-12 margin. The Knights have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Northwest's defeat dropped their record down to 2-13. As for Mt. Healthy, their win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 3-8.

Northwest will be playing in front of their home fans against Lockland at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Mt. Healthy has already played their next contest (against Trotwood-Madison), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
