Football Game Preview: Middle Township Panthers vs. Salem Rams

The Middle Township Panthers will take on the Salem Rams at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Middle Township is looking for their season's first win.

Middle Township's offense might be in the hot seat on Saturday considering what happened against Cumberland on Thursday. They were outmatched by the Colts and fell 37-0.

Even if they lost, Middle Township's defensive line still kept up the pressure with three sacks. Colin Prokson was especially locked on to Cumberland's QB and sacked him twice. Prokson also set a new season-high mark in total tackles with ten.

Meanwhile, Salem earned a 26-13 victory over Schalick on Thursday.

Middle Township's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Salem, their win bumped their record up to 2-3.

Middle Township didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Salem in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, but they still walked away with a 13-7 victory. Will the Panthers repeat their success, or do the Rams have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
