Lunenburg has been on a difficult stretch since their win on September 9. They fell 3-1 to the Maynard Tigers on Tuesday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Lunenburg of the 3-2 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2020.

Lunenburg's loss dropped their record down to 1-5-2. As for Maynard, they now have a winning record of 3-2-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Lunenburg will challenge Hudson at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Maynard, they will square off against Bromfield at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Bromfield will roll in looking for their eighth straight victory, something Maynard surely won't give up without a fight.
