Basketball Recap: Mora Comes Up Short

Mora lost against Ogilvie back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Mora Mustangs took a hard 57-42 fall against the Ogilvie Lions.

Mora's defeat was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Ogilvie, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 8-6.

Mora will head out on the road to face off against Moose Lake/Willow River at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Ogilvie, they will welcome Barnum at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Ogilvie knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past four matches -- so hopefully Barnum likes a good challenge.
