Football Game Preview: Chester Clippers vs. Chichester Eagles

For the first time this season, Chester will have a chance to prove themselves in a conference matchup. They will head out to take on the Chichester Eagles at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Chester is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt wants to keep things rolling.

Chichester's offense is going to have their work cut out for them on Saturday: Chester hadn't allowed a single point the last five times they've hit the field. The Clippers claimed a resounding 36-0 win over Dunbar. The Clippers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four games by 20 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Chichester lost 28-6 to West Catholic last Friday. The contest marked the Eagles' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Chester's victory bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Chichester, their loss dropped their record down to 3-2.

Everything came up roses for Chester against Chichester in their previous matchup back in September of 2024, as the squad secured a 49-7 win. In that game, the Clippers amassed a halftime lead of 27-7, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Saturday.
