Softball Recap: Secaucus Takes a Loss

Secaucus was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 14-5 to the Lyndhurst Golden Bears. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Golden Bears this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 10-6 back in April.

Secaucus' loss dropped their record down to 4-13. As for Lyndhurst, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-13.

Secaucus didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 10-0 defeat against North Arlington on the 20th. Lyndhurst does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
