Izaiah Rios continued his hot streak on Friday by dropping his fifth-straight game with at least 101 rushing yards. He rushed for 192 yards and a pair of touchdowns on only 14 carries, and also picked up 31 receiving yards. Considering he played a big game the last time he faced off against Brownfield back in October of 2024, the result shouldn't come as too huge a shock.

Rios and Lake View will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Pecos at 7:00 p.m. on the 24th. The Chiefs/Maidens had to take a loss when they last met the Eagles, but Rios had little to do with the loss: he rushed for 96 yards and one TD. Can he match (or beat) that stellar performance?
