Basketball Game Preview: Biloxi Indians vs. Brandon Bulldogs + Official Tickets

The Biloxi Indians are taking a road trip to take on the Brandon Bulldogs at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Brandon took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Biloxi, who comes in off a win.

Last Tuesday, Biloxi was able to grind out a solid win over Pascagoula, taking the game 54-42. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Indians.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Biloxi to victory, but perhaps none more so than Carnellous Lenard, who went 8-for-13 on his way to 19 points. That's the most points Lenard has posted since back in December of 2024. Christian Gullett was another key player, putting up 12 points and four steals.

Meanwhile, Brandon came up short against Clinton on Tuesday and fell 54-47. The Bulldogs have struggled against the Arrows recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.

Biloxi will have to contain Josiah Jackson as he made an impact in Brandon's last game. He had 18 points. Jackson continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Cameron Purry, who earned seven points.

Biloxi's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Brandon, their loss dropped their record down to 2-4.

Biloxi came up short against Brandon in their previous meeting back in February of 2024, falling 58-54. Can the Indians avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
