Volleyball Recap: Holbrook Takes a Loss

Holbrook was the 3-2 winner over Wareham when they last played one another on October 1st, but their luck changed this time around. The Bulldogs fell just short of the Vikings by a score of 3-2 on Friday.

Holbrook came incredibly close to winning: the sets they lost were decided by three points or less. The final score came out to 23-25, 25-22, 27-25, 19-25, 15-12.

Priscilla Ross went supernova For Wareham., getting 49 digs and two aces. The dominant performance also gave Ross a new career-high in assists (four).

Holbrook's loss dropped their record down to 9-8. As for Wareham, their win bumped their record up to 11-6.

Holbrook has already played their next matchup, a 3-2 victory against Blue Hills RVT on the 20th. As for Wareham, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-1 win against Diman RVT on the 20th.
