Hillel Academy is headed into Sunday's game looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their third straight game on Wednesday. They came up short against JV Opponent, falling 9-2.

Hillel Academy saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Dovid Blalock, who went 1-for-2 with one RBI.

Meanwhile, after soaring to 18 runs the game before, Columbus Torah Academy was a bit more limited in their match on Wednesday. They lost 9-1 to Briggs.

David Buren made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 4-for-4 with one run.

Hillel Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Columbus Torah Academy, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

The batters for both teams will have to hit smart on Sunday as both have some strikeout artists on the roster. Hillel Academy has been retiring batters left and right this season, having averaged 8.2 strikeouts per game. However, it's not like Columbus Torah Academy struggles in that department as they've been averaging 8.3 strikeouts. Considering how easily both teams rack up Ks, the hitters on both teams better bring their A-game into this one.
