Baseball Recap: Hunt Comes Up Short

Hunt lost against West Johnston two weeks ago, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Warriors fell 4-1 to the Wildcats. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Hunt saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Trevor Moore, who went 1-for-2 with one RBI.

Hunt's defeat dropped their record down to 9-7. As for West Johnston, their win bumped their record up to 11-5.

Hunt wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 14-0 victory against Smithfield-Selma on the 10th. As for West Johnston, they have also already played their next game, a 5-0 loss against First Colonial on the 14th.
