Football Recap: Hillsboro Takes a Loss

Hillsboro lost against Vandalia back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Hiltoppers were dealt a 40-13 defeat at the hands of the Vandals.

Hillsboro's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Vandalia, they pushed their record up to 2-0 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Hillsboro is set to face off against their familiar foe Gillespie at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Vandalia will challenge rival Pana at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
