Volleyball Recap: Arlington Heights Christian Takes a Loss

Arlington Heights Christian lost against Austwell-Tivoli back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Lions took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Redfish. While the Lions didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Redfish 25-16 in the first set.

Arlington Heights Christian started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 16-25, 25-16, 25-13, 25-9.

Arlington Heights Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Arlington Heights Christian has already played their next game, a 3-1 loss against Coastal Christian HomeSchool on the 18th. Hopefully Austwell-Tivoli paid attention to the Lions' matchup: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Lions at 6:00 p.m. on the 26th.
