It was a proper cat-fight when Demopolis duked it out with Tuscaloosa County on Wednesday. The Tigers won by a set and slipped past the Wildcats 2-1. For the Tigers, this counts as revenge for the 2-0 win the Wildcats walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2023.

Demopolis was dominant in they sets they won, taking each by at least 15 points. The final score came out to 0-25, 25-0, 15-0.

Demopolis' victory ended a four-match drought at home and bumped them up to 5-11. As for Tuscaloosa County, their defeat was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 7-16.
