Hampshire Regional came tearing into Tuesday's matchup with six straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 8 runs), and they left with even more momentum. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the South Hadley Tigers a 1-0 shutout. The one-run effort marked the Raiders' lowest-scoring contest of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

The result came thanks to Ryanne Dubay1's shutout, as she gave up just three hits and racked up 12 Ks. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts any time she's pitched this season.
