Lincoln lost to Galileo back in April of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Wednesday. Lincoln put the hurt on Galileo with a sharp 3-0 victory.

Lincoln not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Galileo between 15 and 16 points across their sets. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-15, 25-16.

Lincoln's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 16-3. As for Galileo, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last eight matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-7 record this season.

Lincoln and Galileo will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next contests. The next time Lincoln sees the court they'll take on Lowell at 5:30 p.m. on April 9. As for Galileo, their break will end when they face Washington at 5:30 p.m. on April 9.
