Franklin has gone a perfect 8-0 against Troy recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Franklin Lions will square off against the Troy Trojans at 6:00 p.m. Franklin will be looking to extend their current 16-game winning streak.

Franklin is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Tuesday. They took down Fairfield 66-47.

Meanwhile, Troy had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 25.5 points) and they went ahead and made it five on Tuesday. They came within five points of losing the streak, but they secured a 61-56 W against the Zebras.

Troy's win bumped their record up to 20-10. As for Franklin, their victory bumped their record up to 18-7.

Franklin skirted past Troy 54-52 when the teams last played back in December of 2024. Does Franklin have another victory up their sleeve, or will Troy turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
