Volleyball Recap: Spring Woods Comes Up Short

If Spring Woods was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Westbury on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Tigers fell 2-0 to the King Panthers on Thursday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Tigers of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in August of 2023.

Spring Woods' defeat dropped their record down to 8-5. As for King, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-5 record this season.

Spring Woods will head out to take on Dobie at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday. As for King, they will take on Galena Park in a tournament on Thursday.
