Volleyball Recap: Walpole Comes Up Short

Walpole lost against Needham back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Timberwolves lost 3-0 to the Rockets. The Timberwolves have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Needham's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Eleanore Alley led the charge by getting seven digs and two aces.

Walpole's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Needham, they pushed their record up to 3-1 with the win, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season.

Looking ahead, Walpole will face off against Framingham at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Needham, they will head out on the road to square off against Milton at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
