Volleyball Recap: Chase Comes Up Short

Chase lost against Ellinwood back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Kats took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Eagles.

Chase was the model of consistency in the loss, scoring three points in every single set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-3, 25-3.

Chase's loss dropped their record down to 0-22. As for Ellinwood, they pushed their record up to 28-0 with the win, which was their 15th straight on the road.

Coming up, after both having extra time off, Chase and St. John will shake off the rust and duke it out on Tuesday. As for Ellinwood, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Macksville on the 7th.
