Football Recap: Reece Taylor Leads Conrad's Defense on Friday + How To Watch

After flying high against Shepherd last Friday, Conrad came back down to earth. The Cowboys fell 33-20 to the Jefferson Panthers on Friday.

Despite the loss, Conrad still got an impressive performance from Tegan Jones, who rushed for 168 yards and two TDs while picking up 8.8 yards per carry.

Conrad didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. In fact, those interceptions all came courtesy of defensive juggernaut Reece Taylor. He has been hot, having also posted five or more total tackles the last five times he's played.

Tyzer Zody looked great while leading his team to the win, throwing for 257 yards and three touchdowns, while also rushing for 32 yards and one score.

Conrad's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Jefferson, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.
