Soccer Recap: Clint Takes a Loss

After soaring to five goals the game before, Clint was a bit more limited in their match on Friday. They came up short against the Ysleta Indians, falling 6-1. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Indians this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 4-0 back in January.

Clint's loss was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 4-12. As for Ysleta, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven games. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-6 record this season.

Clint will face off against Bowie at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Ysleta, they wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next contest, a 1-0 victory against Mountain View on the 3rd.
