Soccer Recap: Roosevelt Victorious

After losing to King the last time they met, Roosevelt decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Roosevelt Mustangs walked away with a 3-1 win over the King Wolves on Tuesday.

Roosevelt's victory bumped their record up to 7-5-5. As for King, they suffered their first home defeat, dropping their record down to 6-6-5.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Roosevelt will square off against Santiago at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for King, they will challenge Corona at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. King's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for five straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.
