West Johnston extended their home winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Landis Williams. Everything went the Wildcats' way against the Western Harnett Eagles on Thursday as they made off with a 3-0 victory thanks in part to Williams, who had 16 digs and three assists. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 11 or more in each of the last three games she's played.

West Johnston walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the second set). The final score came out to 25-20, 25-13, 25-16.

West Johnston's victory bumped their record up to 7-5. As for Western Harnett, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-9.

Coming up, West Johnston will take on North Johnston at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Western Harnett, they will challenge Union Pines at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
